Shipping Policy | Free Shipping on Orders Over $300

Free Shipping

Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping. Depending on the destination, we will ship via Canada Post, UPS.

Estimated delivery times:
Ontario and Quebec: 1–2 days
Western and Atlantic Canada: 4–5 days
Remote locations: Up to 10 days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on distance from our Toronto warehouse or when shipping to remote areas.

Shipping Schedule

All orders are shipped from our Toronto, Ontario warehouse Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will ship the following business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will ship on Monday.
“Shipping days” are defined as 24-hour periods excluding the day the order is shipped.
For example: an order shipped Monday afternoon and delivered Wednesday afternoon (48 hours later) is considered a 2-day delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
If an incorrect address results in a returned package, the customer must pay any return and reshipping fees before the order is resent.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit (not scanned at the delivery address), it will be reshipped at no cost to the customer once the carrier confirms it as lost.
If tracking shows the package was scanned at the destination address, a reshipment will only occur after the carrier’s investigation confirms improper delivery.
If the investigation determines the package was correctly delivered to the customer’s address, no reshipment will be issued.
